regarding Dependant OWP

Hey there,

I am planning to apply for Dependent Open work permit. I've heard that I'll have to prove two things to the officer that first I have a skilled job and then second is me and my spouse will go back to home country once our work permit gets expired.
but after applying for Dependent OWP I am planing to apply for PR after may be 3-4 months. So if I do so then wont I be cross verifying thinking that First this person said she/he will go back once the permit gets expired and now why this person is applying for PR?

Understand the concept the of Dual Intent A22 in IRPA.

It's best to just keep the narrative of your OWP application to being a temporary resident. You can always change your mind later and realize that Canada is such a wonderful place that you would like to apply for PR.
