Could you please read through my case and advise me accordingly. I would appreciate that.
Today, I got my IELTS results which they were kind of a shock to me you will tell why yourself:
Listening: 8
Reading: 7
Speaking: 7
Writing: 6 (unfortunately)
"By the way this is my 4th attempts"
As you can tell by looking on my scores, the writing score is "6" which if it were 7, I'd get 429 points under CRS criteria, but with this 6 in writing I get only 384 !!
I made an EOR merely for writing in a bid to get 1 mark increment.
My questions are:
1. Is there anyway that I could explain my situation for IDP center telling them that I really need this 1 mark to raise me from 6 to 7 in writing so that my permanent visa would finally be issued to me? Would they appreciate that? ( though I'm so confident that I did quite well in writing test).
2. If registered for jobbank after creating an express entry profile, would it be possible to apply for a job that has different noc level. For instance, as I'm a Chemical Engineer so my noc level is A, can I apply for job that has noc level B? And should I get LMIA in order to be be considered by IRCIC? because the recent policy regarding the LMIA has been less strict, that's based on recent news.
3. Is there any chance or piece of advice that could help me to raise my CRS points regardless of a positive result for the EOR? Provisional nominations, for instance.
I really feel kind of frustrated with this 6 in writing!!
