On my COPR that I got, there is a question which is:

"Charged/convicted of a crime or offence in any country, refused admission to Canada or required to leave Canada?"

This is confusing me, because me, I've had a work permit refusal back in 2016. No criminality ever. How does someone like me answer this question? Anyone like this done a landing?

This answer is NO.

You were not refused admission, your application was work permit was declined. Admission is when you land at the post of entry and are refused by the CBSA or an immigration officer.

Thank you legalfalcon. But what about the second part? "Required to leave". I was supposed to restore my status after my refusal, and I left.
