Regarding correct NOC code for CEC

Hi guys,

One of my friend is working as Project Control Officer in an IT company and his responsibilities are mentioned below.

Project management support, analysis functions and recommendations to help provide significant value to the project manager.
• Resource management, and reporting, enabling enhanced management of the team and greater productivity.
• Project finance , invoice to client , Cost case templates and verification.
• Facilitate project team meetings, record them as needed, arrange conference rooms, audio bridges, etc.
• Support the Project by tracking actions, risks and issues, meeting notes as necessary.
• Reporting on project status, weekly status reports and daily status reports.
• Creating and updating reports, presentations, financial and deployment plans and forecasts.
• Supporting the Project Log management tool for the Project managers

Could anyone please let me know which NOC could would be apt for this role?

1221 is Skill level B, which qualifies for CEC.
