My express entry profile (and passport) is in my old name.
I got notification of interest from Ontario in May 2023 under the human capital priority stream, so I'm to submit the required documents. However, I have changed my last name on grounds of marriage.
Is it compulsory that all documents obtained after change of name (e.g work reference letter, resume, proof of funds, e.t.c.) must be in the new name? In other words, must I notify my place of work, job regulatory body, bank, e.t.c. of my change of name (so as to obtain necessary documents in the new name) before I proceed to submit required documents for notification of interest?
