I have applied for a job in canada and i got the job as a cashier.I submitted the documents in VFS on march 7,2013.On 8march,2013 I received the mesage from the VFS that my documents had send to the Canadian High Commission,New Delhi.Its been one month now I havent received nay reply..Anybody knows how long it will take to get the visa.Does I require any medical examination?if so does it take time to get my visa in my hand?

Yes, it is possible that they call your employers, past and present (whom you have mentioned in your cv or whose reference letters you have submitted). So it is better to keep your Human Resource people or your manager informed. My advice to you is to relax, and enjoy your lunch breaks. Pray for the best, but in the meantime, be prepared for any result. Putting all your hopes in one basket may result in devastating heartbreaks. Its all part of life.sincerly said:
