Regarding canadian study permit refusal

Hi

I applied for bachelor of business administration for yorkville university on 18th December 2021 and got refusal on 11th October 2022. 'The reason that they mentioned is the purpose of the visit is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details that provided in application'. Also I withdraw money after kept almost 7 months because delay in my visa application. Ordred GCMS notes but not recieved yet.



Some one please tell me possibility of getting visa after refusal, I also hv previous refusal for australia in 2020.

Yorkville is a private university in an office buidling that no one in Ontario has ever heard of. Select a public univeristy like York or U of T.
