Regarding apply for open work permit for spouse

Hello ,
I am student in cannada in September intake 2018.i have 2 year study permit .Now i am enroll in general arts and science technology exploration 1year programm.
Actually i got married on 25th 2018may but I was started and collect all the documents before marriage and my file submit on 31st 2018may as unmarried status. I got visa in july. Now can I apply for my husband for open work permit.
Now what I have to do ?

Same happened to me
Applied for my visa on 16th September as a single lady. Got married January 18th. Applied for my spouse and it was approved.

Showed CIC, our marriage certificate, marriage pictures and other supporting documents.

You can apply spouse work permit for your husband.
