I am Yuktika Pahwa and I am actually looking for PR for my brother who is going to finish his diploma in accountancy from fanshawe college in London city ,Ontario .He came to canada immidately after finishing his high school and he doesnt have any previous job experience.He is 22 years old .He will be applying for his post graduation work permit in April and probably he will be getting it for three years.
So i wanted to know if he has good chances to get PR staying within ontario and if not then he is even good to move to another province within canada if he has good chances there.
