Regarding appeal cases

I filed my appeal in decemer 2012 in vancouver i am in winnipeg after that no decision or appeal date yet if some body has experience please share with me i am so worry about it why vancouver taking so long for my appeal or someone experience in winnipeg please help me may be i got some hope.

You are lucky to appeal in Vancouver. For us, it took less than 6 months to go to court for appeal. If you were in Toronto, you would have to wait close to two years!
