I (Gagandeep singh) have completed +2 in 2009 in science stream . after that i started b.tech degree which would complete in may 2013 . after this i want to move to Canada for further study . but problem is that my degree is in electrical engineering and i want to go for civil engineering as unfortunately i could not have got seat in civil engineering.but i am still interested in civil engineering i know that now i can go for post graduate diploma but it would be in electrical field which i doesn't want.
so, i just want to know that is it possible move to post secondary diploma(in civil engineering) from post graduate diploma (electrical field) after reaching canada or can i get visa with post secondary diploma as it would easy to change course within same level .also suggest about PR prospects with this change.................
please suggest me with a right way as my dream is only to do civil engineering study from Canada.
