Reg Visa Processing time for study permit

Hi,

can anybody let me know how many days does student visa processing take? My visa is being processing from VFS Bangalore.

i applied under General category for a University in Quebec. took a GIC and showed funds in bank.
Dropped file at vfs hyderabad: Nov 2nd
file reached bang office: Nov 3rd
email and sms approval: Nov 19th
passport dispatched and on the way and bluedart says will be delivered on 20th Nov Cool

I have dropped on 26th oct in General category from VFS Hyderabad..It reached Bangalore VFS on 27th and still it is under Processing
