Hi all,
I live in USA on H1-B and applied for permanent residency Express entry in 2020 and got approval in september 2021.
IRCC requested me to send my passport with return label . I supplied both but its been more than a month and I haven't got back my passport.
Upon contacting IRCC through webform they informed that they already shipped it but UPS claims they don't have the physical possession of the package as it was not scanned.
Can someone please guide me what are my next options?
