Hi Venu

How did she determine that NOC 2173 is the NOC relevant to her profile ? There is no "template" for defining duties, and its not recommended that you use one if someone suggests so.

Ask her to outline her duties herself on a word document and compare it with NOC 2173 as outlined by CIC.

If she is confused still, she can find a lot of help in the forum to resolve her confusion.

Please DON'T COPY i.e. it should not be verbatim, but the duties should be close to what is described above. Try to cover about 80% of the duties at the miniumum.
