REFUSED VIA CIC ONLINE - RE-APPLYING PAPER APPLICATION VIA CVAC MANILA THIS TIME

We were refused via CIC online application here are the details:
Applied Online; July 18, 2014
Date of Refusal; Sept. 04, 2014

Reasons: Didn't satisfy the visa officer that we will get back in the Philippines, Financial Status and Personal Assets (Whats is this Personal Assets? Anyone?) Didn't passed NBI (w/c we uploaded we dont know why they didn't see), you are a memeber of inadmissible class of blah blah blah

by the way 11,995 USD and 157,000.00 PHP yung proof of funds namin


Now, we carefully read their ground of refusal to strengthen our next application anytime this Week im still waiting for the original documents my husband
shipped straight from Canada as proof of his employment status (T4, LMO, Valid Work Permit, Paychecks, employment contract, his bank cert 20,000USD this time -- we also notarized our letters for the visa officer for them to satisfy that we will
not overstay.

We will also pass our e- medical information sheet which shows na nag medical na kami and we passed (08/04/2014)
mag memedical pa kaya kami ng anak ko?


Any insight regarding this matter will be appreciated.

3rd month ng NBI ko on Sept 23, 2014 which CEM requires 3months validity of NBI confused tuloy ako
kung kukuha paba ako ulit ng bagong NBI cert. since aabutin na ng 3months.
