Refused twice for the same reasons

Hello everyone,

I am a Syrian national living in Saudi Arabia.I got accepted at Dalhousie University for my Engineering undergraduate degree for september intake. I applied for a study permit on April 19 paper based at VFS Riyadh.I provided everything from acceptance letter to scholarship and a bank statement with really enough amount of money. I got refusal after 4 weeks for the following reasons:

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several factors, including:
travel history
immigration status in country of residence
purpose of visit

After this refusal i decided to apply again. this time i applied online from Amman,Jordan on june 28(i was present there for business).I submitted a really strong SOP with convincing reasons for my return to KSA. Today morning my application was updated and i got refused for the exact same reasons. i know its really late now to reapply for september intake,but what can i really do to convince VO about my return to KSA?

Thats sad !
You can do following things:
- Show ties with your family and explain that you will be joining your family after your study as you are supporting your family etc (depends on your case).
- Show some property business at your home country/residence country.
- If your father can support you , attach his bank statement as well and a covering letter/Affidavit from your father stating that you will come back after completing your studies.
- As Syria is war disputed country, so they are afraid that you might apply for Asylum, once after reaching Canada. You have to show strong a. Financial capability , b. Home ties.
