Refused three times. Help

I have been refused three times for study permit. I have a invitation letter from Humber College. Also i have fullfilled all the requirements about financial and living costs.
They keep refusing me and say that i am not a genuine student.
I have done a 6 month college certificate in Albania in computer network field and i want to expand my knowledges and experiences with a new program at Humber.
In the second refusal letter they mentioned only that my choosen proogram is not related with my future plans and in the third application first they send me a fairness procedural letter who wanted me to explain why this program will help me in my home country in the future. After explaining this they refused me with the following reason: purpose of visit.

I want to know please if i really have a chance to get a study visa ? I think that the visa officer is not giving me really good reasons about why he is refusing me.

Dont keep applying because you are not providing the info that the visa officer is looking for. Those refusal letters are very standard and it is the same letter given to all rejected applicants.
