Refused study permit Quebec

Hi all, so depressed to get a refusal email today from the embassy of Abu Dhabi.
I submitted my file on paper at the vfs office Abu Dhabi on October 29, 2017.
I recieved an email saying that I'm not meeting all the criteria for obtaining the study permit.
Any suggestions?

Please mention the reason ticked in your refusal letter and apply for CAIPS notes. It will take 30 days to come. CAIPS will give you clear idea what is in the mind of VO while deciding on your file. Work well on your SOP.
