Refused student visa

Hello
I applied for visa student and got refused due to family ties and travel history then i worked to fix these,
I applied second time i got refused for purpose of visit.
so my questions are
1) from my application in the second refused which showed that the 2 reasons in my first try have already deleted. Do i need to worry about my first 2 reasons again or there are fine in future reapply????
2) my study was in January 15 /2019. I got my deferral acceptance letter to May 2019 but i didn't submit, because i though it was fine to continue work with my acceptance old letter and embassy could ask me to renew it before make any decision ????
so i got refused after seven days of my study starting day in 22/1/2019, So do you think if i reapply again and send my new acceptance letter will be fine ??

My son is admitted to NAIT in Alberta Canada .he applied for visa but today received rejection on the basis of family ties in Canada and Kenya, not convinced with the reason for visit and alsoo because of asset and financial status.

I want him to reapply but I'm not sure if he will succeed.

Please advise.

Hi. My son is called Ambrose Merinyang NAMUS .we live in Kenya in Turkana County where crude oil was recently discovered. My son want to pursue studies in petroleum engineering and therefore got admission for diploma in protroleum. Engineering technology. This is a new area of specialisation in my county and there is need for local capacity to drvelde the oil industry. He completed his high school last year. I work for UNited High Commissioner for Refugees in one of the largest camp on Kenya in NorthWest Kenyan. During the applocatioa .o attached a bank statement for my business that had 3 million Kenya shillings and also indicated in the letter that apart from my salary, I will pay fees using my business proceeds. He also indicated in the letter the house I own in Nairobi and some lands in Nairobi to. He is 20 years old. I'm a single mother with four childre. My first two daughters are in universities in Zke ya.

You can’t say you will pay the fees using the proceeds of your business. The savings must be in your name not in your business accounts and you can’t guarantee future earnings.
