hi i got my visa refusal for sept 2018 intake for hodpitality course. but i wanted to reapply mycase for jan 2019 jntake. i have already receive my offer letter for law clerk course from centennial college but m confused about my course so please suggest me can i apply for this course???

You can apply. Its not a harm. Its no.1 college in Ontario. IRCC must give you visa upon completing requirements.
Thanks for replying but the course is different from my previous course. Do i get visa for this course? please help
Yes you can. It is all upto IRCC officer who will see your case. Could you please share what was in your refusal letter when you first applied?
it has mentioned : your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of more of your qualifications previous studies, missing marksheets,academic record level of establishment language abilities or your future prospects and plans

class 12th with arts stream and the course was hospitality hotel and restaurant operation in durham college.
6 bands not less than 6. Yes we submit the SOP. Its my brother case sop was needed. becoz he passed his class 12th in 2017 and gave English improvement exam in 2018. but our agent mentioned passing year 2017 instead of 2018 and did not mentioned that info in sop that he gave improvement exam in 2018.
