Hi i really need help on this
i came to Canada in 2010 as a international student. After 3 months in Canada , i witnessed a crime(murdered) and i was victim and prime witness of the case. After this incident i had difficulties to keep track with my studies. Long and short i didn't completed my program in 2 year time it took me 4 year to complete. this trauma gave me a depression. i never knew this stuff will happen when i am new in Canada. i applied for PGWP on September 2015 and on Jan 2016 i got a refusal on it. i need help on this can i appeal on PGWP because of my condition. I have consulted a immigration lawyer, he advised me to apply for TRP , which i am doing. But i want to get PGWP. can any one can help me on this.
