I've recently had to go through a complete stressful hunch between VFS and CIC today.
I had gotten my correspondence letter sometime last week and up to date VFS still says my passport is still under processing. I applied about 2 months, 3 weeks ago.
Last Saturday I got an email to check myCIC account, when I did, it was the correspondence letter and I was refused - it even said my application was closed.
I kept calm thinking on Monday/Tuesday, I'll get an email to pick up my passport. To my surprise, up till today - NOTHING. I just left there an hour ago and they told me my application is still being processed. I had to even print out screenshots of myCIC account to show them the status but still no process. Is this normal ? Is there a way I can schedule an appointment with them at the consulate ? I need my passport back and it appears this country has not got competent staffs or a procedure that even holds well.
This is really frustrating. Please chip in with any advice you can give.
