Refused for aus PR can i apply under FSW--- PLS HELP

I have been refused from aus high comm for my PR just bcoz my employer did not handle the inquiry from the aus high comm and refusal under 4020 has been applied.

Shud i apply for Canada under FSW and will this refusal play a spoil spot in it or not.

N shud i disclose my refusal to Canadian high comm in the form of background declaration or not????

No , it should not have an effect on your application, unless if your application had refusal on the grounds of medical, security or fraud charges...

Yes - you absolutely must declare this refusal in your application.

No - the refusal should not affect your FSW application.

Thanks for ur replies... actually when my employer received the call from the VO, he couldnot point out each task and duty performed by me as he was not in possession of the reference letter at that time... hence, my employment was not considered as genuine by VO... alothough i was genuinely working. So, if i disclose the same thing in my canada FSW App.. will it not effect my case proceedings.
