Hi!

I have been previously refused 3 times and planning to reapply again. I recently got married and my Husband is sponsoring me a TRV. What are my chances of getting approved this time? Thanks you!

Your husband can only sponsor you for PR as far as I know. It's called Spousal sponsorship. Where are you and your husband living? Is he a PR or Canadian Citizen. Why were you refused 3 times for a TRV? A lot more information is needed.

Hi! My Husband is a Permanent Resident. We are planning to include in the application that he will help me financially on top of my savings (since he is my husband) which I will provide a bank certificate.

Reasons for previous refusal:
1st: Travel History, Assets/Ties to the Country, Purpose of Visit
2nd: Same with First
3rd: Same with First but with additional employment status

For the last application the additional reason was weird since I never had that before. I also travelled to taiwan previously (but i'm guessing this isn't counted)

After a year of all that, i am planning to reapply again, what change is that I have an additional job on top of my regular job (which i am almost at 4 years now). I am also currently taking my masters which I supposed will help me prove my ties for the trv.

I am hoping for a multiple entry so I can visit my husband anytime I want.

Travel History means that you have to travel to countries you need visa's for like Europe. What country are you living in? Unfortunately, as your husband lives in Canada, it sounds like you have more ties in Canada than your home country, unless you have included very very strong ties to your home country. But since you have not mentioned that either, I am only guessing. Again, your husband cannot sponsor you for a TRV, he can only sponsor you for PR. Have you tried going down that route yet? I don't think you will ever be approved for a TRV with him being there. Get him to sponsor your for Outland PR. I would advise not wasting your time applying for another TRV. Others may comment.

Short advice:
With a Canadian PR spouse, the visa officer knows you don't want to wait it out in the Philippines if you have a spousal PR app in process.

Don't reapply for a TRV. Start the PR application process instead
