Refuse Work Permit

I recently received the letter regarding the rejection of my application, which outlined several reasons for the decision. However, I would like to clarify that I have provided all the necessary information as required. Given this, I would appreciate any further guidance on how to address this issue and proceed with my application.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 200(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-200.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in your country of residence.
• You have limited employment possibilities in your country of residence.
• You were not able to demonstrate that you will be able to adequately perform the work you seek.

Could you kindly assist me in understanding the next steps or any additional information I may need to submit?

Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Past posts show that you were on VOWP so what were you applying for? A work permit is a temporary work permit so IRCC wants you to show that you intend to leave after completion of the contract.

What is job and what did you show that you can do the job?
