Refuse !! and I am from Ukraine

Hi there! I’m from Ukraine I was in Canada on work and study program. After that I applied again for study and I got refuse and applied again . I was waiting 8 month in Canada without status and finally I got letter with refuse again it says that I have to Leave Canada immediately. I’m upset and I really want to come back and star study in one of those colleges. Do I have any chances to apply from Ukraine or it means that my application will be rejected again? What should I do?

What was the reason given for the study permit refusal?

I suspect you were probably refused because you could not demonstrate strong ties to your home country and CIC suspected you wanted to remain in Canada long term.

If that's the case - then I don't think there's much point in trying to apply again now unless you have new evidence to provide that shows you have strong ties to Ukraine and plan to return there once you have completed your studies in Canada.
