Got refusal 2 times despite meeting the requirements.
Admission in KPU
12 class - non medical (77%)
Course - computer information system (2years , undergraduate)
Reason of refusal- Not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

you need to throughly check your sop to find weakness of it. The better way to do it just for saving time is to find a consultant to help you with that. If you are willing to post more details your profile here, I think many nice member of this forum will check and may give you some ideas to write a solid SOP.

What was reason for 1st Refusal?? Did you get GCMS notes after 1st refusal ? If not, Then order GCMS notes to know proper reason of VO..

If you did non medical in 12th, Did you still study Maths?

How did you justify non medical 12th and Computer information Systems course? - Looks like a tricky choice to me

Purpose of visit is a generic reason to refuse. You need to get case notes to see what really the issue was

If you applied SDS and showed the right funds , then you may want to look into how you justified choice of course given the huge expenditure and what home ties were shown.

If the course was utterly irrelevant, you would have gotten another refusal reason stating the course choice based on previous education and/or employment

If both refusals were in the same course, you may want to get notes and check if you can do an appeal with an attorney.

Hi Sir/maam,

My study permit for Canada got refused twice and I need the help of any professional. Below are my details :

Completed B.E (computer) in 2017.

August 2017 to March 2019 - Worked in an IT company

April 2019 to July 2020 - Worked as a chat associate for technical operations

December 2020 to October 2021 - Customer Service Representative (Mentioned this thing in SOP that due to maximum covid cases, I was not able to find a job in my relevant field)

October 2021 to present - Working as a software quality assurance analyst

Course - E-commerce and Online Business Management

College - Trebas, Montreal

First file was lodged on 9th June 2021 and got a refusal stating that the course is irrelevant.

Second file was lodged on 18 October and again the same.

Now, I have changed the course and the college both. I opted for Information Systems Business Analysis in Northern College. File was lodged on 18th April, 2022.

Strong SOP + financials + Parent's ITR + SDS category. But the only issue is that I have mentioned in the SOP that I was refused earlier but haven't mentioned that why I selected a different course at the first place and why I am selecting this course now.

Any help would be really appreciated.
