Refusal????

my status changed on vfs and it states that your passport is dispatched

my question is that didnt gave any medical infront while applying visa.
now m waiting for the dispatched envelope dont know what is it

Is it medical request or refusal

m upset becoz on status they just said passport despatched plzz tell me whether they ask for medical request request same like passport despatched status.
