Based on your application and accompanying documentation that you have provided, I have carefully considered all information and I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations.

Your application as requested is therefore refused. You are not a person described in Immigration Legislation who can apply for this type of document from within Canada. An application of this type must be made at a Canadian Visa office in another country.

What does it mean? Did I mess up something?

So you applied for a study permit from inside Canada? how are you eligible to have it processed in Canada? What is your status in Canada. How long have you been in Canada?

Yes, you messed up. You were required to use the outside of Canada process to apply for a study permit. You don't meet any of the requirements to use the within Canada process.

YouTube videos are garbage and should never be used for immigration advice.

Since you are now on a TRV, you were required to use the outside of Canada process to apply for a BBQ work permit.

any guide recommendations for SP? What is BBQ WP?
I've been using to apply for SP cic.gc.ca. I stated in the application that I'm currently in Canada that is why I'm probably sent the application within canada

Do you need a new LOA? Your bank statements should be within the last 4 months.
No, I just checked my LOA is still valid.
My Canadian Bank statement from 03.10.23, my homeland Bank statement 20.10.2023
Basically I need to reapply with same documents just renew IMM5707 and Imm1294, letter of intent, explanation etc.
Sorry, for the ruckus, i messed up by saying I'm in Canada rn. I just need to state that I'm in my homeland right now so It will not count as I'm applying within Canada?
Any good youtube guide for dummies like me?

Your bank statements are over 2 months old. Worded it wrong -
  • your bank statements for the past 4 months
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...y-canada/study-permit/get-documents.html#doc3

When do you start the program?

in May 2024. Should I renew them then? i need to do that now since it will be doubled in January
Your statements are two months old so you want statements to be from September to December. The issue is that you are in Canada so IRCC will want to see up to date funds that you can support your studies and support yourself as a visitor..
