Refusal on CWP from Abu Dhabi Office

1. Family home ties.
2. Immigration status outside of your country is habitual.
3. You were both able to demonstrate that you will be able to work you seek.

Yesss I applied from UAE.. and I am from Pakistan. The thing is my husband current job visa will expire on 1 jully 2023.that could be the reason secondly home family ties. This 2 points we will manage like for home ties we will show them that when our case was in process from 12 Oct 2022 till 7 April 2023 when we received refusal in this period we bought 3 lands in Pakistan for the investment point. Secondly visa will expire but our current employer in UAE he writes a Intimate Letter that after your visa will finish we will apply your next 2 year visa.

What is your NOC? You need stronger ties to Pakistan, and because your work permit is expiring, IRCC doesn’t believe you will leae Canada. Lands are not a tie if you have not been living in Pakistan for several years.

NOC is 7271. Stronger ties means we will tell that our all siblings, relatives, Properties everything is in Pakistan. Yes because of our job we were living in UAE. And for that too our current employer write a Visa extension/ Intimation letter. Can I have your WhatsApp if its ok for you

So you are a carpenter? Do you have your Red Seal to prove your apprenticeship/experience? Siblings and relatives are not ties. Our family ties are spouse and children.

The issue may be that he is not licensed. Employer got a LMIA and then could only hire him, who isn’t licensed. Google the province you are working in plus ”trade” or google Red Seal. Look provincial trade requirements for the NOC. This is just a volunteer forum. If you need professional help contact an immigration consultant or lawyer who specializes in trade licensing.

I don’t know about your situation but let me explain you about me. I am from Pakistan and I was working overseas and residing with my family. I got job offer in British Columbia ( Canada) and applied with my family without even bank statement and our all family visas were approved within 3 months. My work permit in abroad was valid until 21 February 2022 and we applied our Canadian visas on 15th March and got approval on mid May 2022.

Makes sense as it was also one of the reason pf refusal you mentioned above. Maybe it will be frutiful to get professional advice involved.
