refusal of working permit

I just a mail today and says my application for work permit is refused. It is not clear to me why it was refused if I had completed all the needed requirements, i finished medical exam. It only states "You were not able to demonstrate that you adequately meet the job requirements of your prospective employment" .

One thing I am thinking of, is that my school credentials were just original, no red ribbon? Will it be the reason why?

1. "Red Ribbon" has nothing to do with the refusal. Your previous education or work doesn't meet the requirements of the offered position.

Nag apply po ako noong November, got the refusal letter nitong January 14 lang po.

That's what happened to me and went positive after i ask to reconsider it

'You dont satisfy me that you'll leave canada by the end of you authorized stay, current employment status and employment prospects in you country of residence.' What should I do or add on my application before I submit again? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I am refused for the same reason "your qualifications does meet job requirements". When i got the CAIPS note VO has mentioned that transcript for the Live in caregiver certificate was not attached. My course was for six months classroom training and institute does not provide any transcript or mark sheet. I only got certificate of successful completion of my course which was attached to the application. Now, I submitted reconsideration to the Program manager on Jan 31st, 2017 and still waiting for an answer.
My question is do they reconsider? cause my LMIA expired Nov 10, 2016 and visa refused was Nov 4th, 2016. I got the CAIPS note Dec 12, 2016 after that i collected all the additional docs and applied for reconsideration myself. Letter of support from my employer was attached to the reconsideration request that they still willing to hire me although LMIA expired.
