Refusal of work permit consider removal order?

Hi how to answer the probibition. You’re under removal order (Canadian officials asked you to leave canada) yes or no. My husband had a work permit refusal and given 90days to restore and able to restore it. Do I need to answer yes or no on that question? Thank you.

I dont want to misinterpret it that is why I am asking about it. Do I need to give letter of explanation and inform only the refusal but not receive any removal order or no need to do that?.

I'm saying you answer no to the removal question. Being refused a work permit is not the same as being issues a removal order.
