Please share your idea if what to do after getting refusal for visitor record extension?

Or arrest, detention and removal. This is a chance for a visitor to move into the enforcement stream, get a file number and have a CBSA officer assigned to it.

The experience can be mild to wild.

Sometimes your time is just up. But you can make a Privacy request for the officer's notes on your file and if the reason for the refusal is something you can fix then you can apply for restoration of your temporary status. If the officer's notes say something like 'I don't believe he ever plans to leave Canada' or words to that effect, then the time has come to leave Canada and come back again another time.

Do you know how long it takes to get the officer’s notes? I requested them like 1 month ago

Normally the standard is 30 days, but I understand that COVID has slowed that process down as well.

additional 90 days on top of regular 30 days requested by IRCC.people are getting in 3 months time.

No some have been receiving gcms notes very close to the 30 days recently.
