Refusal of TRV

Hiii, i was applying for TRV on 1st dec 2017 i got the result on today with refusal letter mentioned with "other reason" i don't understand what can I do for now? Because me and my husband both are applying for tourist visa....with all the required documents then why it should be refused?
And when can I reapply for TRV?
Or for tourist visa because we are newly married and we wanted to go to canada for only visiting purpose.......

Did they tell you the reasons for rejection? You should first order gcms/caips notes to see the detailed reason of reason. It helps most of the time as the visa officer will write his notes in there. You can get it from caipsgcms.com
