Hi - I had received the approval for PR application on Jan 2023 and IRCC had requested my passport for stamping. In that email, they had requested if we have had any update in family (like a newborn). Since I had just had a baby one month back, I updated them of my son's details. IRCC then requested some docs to be filled (IMM008, IMM5406) and baby's passport and birth certificate.
I uploaded the docs but for reasons unknown, it seems they did not have the docs and they had sent me a follow up on the IRCC portal to which I did not receive an email. (Its my bad that I did not check the portal proactively). I also called IRCC helpline number and the agent requested me for baby's passport to be sent via webform, which i uploaded. I just received PR application refusal, how can I get them to reconsider? I have all the docs and form populated which they had requested
any other who has been in this scenario?
NOTE - I had applied for Express entry and had received the invitation through Ontario PNP
