Hello guys,

My application for study permit was refused twice. First in December 2016 and then in March 2017. Now I want to reapply. I've got caips notes. Pls find below and guide accordingly to get visa this time. Seniors... Looking forward.

Profile: BSc. Chemical Engineering
Job since graduation in 2015 till now.
7.5 IELTS. 3 54 Cgpa.
University of Regina. Thesis program.
Properties: 2
Bank statement: first time 40lacs blocked amount; second time same plus running statements of both father and myself
PCC and other requirements submitted.

Caips1: PA provided bank statements showing a single line statement with no clear indication of Provenance of these funds and no regular activity as well. PA did not provide systems of income. I'm not satisfied that PA or his parents can genuinely afford financially the studies. Refused

Caips2: I'm not satisfied PA's study plan is logical considering alternative regional options. I'm not satisfied he will actively pursue studies under R220.1. in addition I'm not satisfied parents can genuinely afford the finances of study. Not satisfied primary purpose is study and not immigration. Refused.

NB: I didn't submit study plan 2nd time. Just addressing the ticked concerns reasons of letter.

Best,
HS

Well, basically they are doubtful about the source of the fund you have shown in the bank account.
Since it is a 'single-line-statement', it is clear that the amount was deposited to show the fund and probably was arranged as a one-off sum.
They got doubtful because the account does not show any transactions history as to relating where the money came from.

If you apply again with the same statement (just a sum deposited), I think you will get another refusal.

They are not satisfied that you have the financial means to support the expensive course and think you are trying to get in the country for the purpose of immigration, not study.
