refusal..need help come on guys

guys i have 85 lac in my personal account but my uncle has property and he is also my sponsor and affidavit of support is already given to me by him can i show his property and affidavit from him as care taker of his property. actually i applied for visa on 30 jan rcvd my refusal at 25 feb. visa officer refused my application on basis
first purpose of visit
2nd personal property and financial status although i attached my personal bank statement of 85 lac
tell me how can i satisfy visa officer...

bhai mere me b 26 ko refuse letter le chuka hon same tmhari wali condition pe .. meri 60 lack bank statement 1.5 cror ki meri name pe property thi.. same yehi reason k me at the end of study canada leave nai karo ga aur purpost of visit and financial asset
