refusal letter lost

Hi, friends i have applied for a student visa on 23rd nov 2009 and got an rejection now i have lost my refusal letter and it is being asked by Australian university to provide one i have tried every bit to find it out but to no success i also have asked the Canadian High commission to reissue me the letter but they have not replied to my query yet .. guys is there any way i can have the letter back or is there any thing else which could be done please guide me Thanks in advance.
