I received this letter about my application on 21 June,2023.can someone assist me to explain the main reasons behind my resusal.
Thank you for your interest in studying in canada. I have reviewed your study permit application and supporting to assess whether you meet the requirements for a study permit (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study -permit/eligibility.html).This includes assessing whether you are coming to canada temporarily for the reason(s) you describe in your application.I have determined that your application does not meet the requirement of the immigration and refugees protection Act (IRPA) (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca.eng/acts/1-2.5/index.html) and immigration and refugees protection regulations (IRPR) ( https//laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulation/sor-2002-227/index.html). I am refusing your application.
Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.
Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study

Pretty clear refusal reason . You gotta increase your financial resources. Some are not aware how extremely expensive it is in Canada.
Individuals PRIMARY reason is to study . Not to work to support said studies . They don’t want you to become destitute once you come

Thanks for your reply,But i have submitted a bank statement of my sponsors uncle and my inlaw which was an amount of 244,033 Canadian dollars

Meaning I have to provide my own personal bank statement .
Yes, you need to show that you can afford your studies without help from others. Your uncle is not even considered immediate or extended family and your in-laws are not a blood relative. Their funds are not relevant. If your third application, then show that you can pay for tuition plus $10k per year in living expenses at a minimum.
