Hi sir,

I had received a refusing letter for my temporary resident visa. Due to the reason mentioned on the letter.

1. I am not satisfied that you will leave canada at the end of your stay as temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of IRPR. Based on the purpose of your Visit.

2. I am not satisfied that you will leave canada at the end of your stay as temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of IRPR. Based on Your personal assets and financial status.

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new Application must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

I guess maybe it was my mistake During filling the form by mistakenly I mentioned 6 month of stay.

Kindly revert me with the suitable reply so i can reapply for my TRV application.

Thanking you

Yes, that is too much. Normally applicant would only indicate 2-3 weeks or 1 month a max. As for the finances, you need to build up on your assets/savings before you try to re-apply for a visa. May the amount on your savings account is not enough in the eyes of the Visa Officer.

Obviously the bank statement would be updated. I don't know what other documents you submitted, but if you apply online the needed possible documents are listed. It is encourage to submit as much documents as you can.
For the employment letter make sure to indicate your position, joined date, salary, approved dates and the clause that you are expected to return on (date to resume work). On the letter of explanation (cover letter) where you can say anything to the visa office, you can state your purpose and say that you will not remain in Canada beyond your authorized stay.

By Professionally I’m a occupational Health and safety officer working in oil and gas industry from last 8 years. As per that I have search online jobs and applied for many jobs online but the company requirements is that I should be Canada to apply for the job. By frankly my main reason to Visit Canada is to search for job and get LMIA and apply for work permit legally. that’s it, and my family friend is ready to give me all kind of support as she holding citizenship of canada.
