Depends if you're able to address the reasons of prior refusals assuming there is no misrepresentation involved. And what is this +2?

Hi , I applied for lmia based work permit on 24th dec and biometric done on 2nd jan . Now I got mail from cic that my ielts result is verified by the auththorities but they have concerns that I misrepresent the ielts score . How to prove to cic that I have genuine trf and score . My ielts score is L 7.5, R 7,W6.5, S 5.5 .
