Refund of VPF Draft and Return of Documents file

Dear All


I applied from India and my case as Chef was recently rejected due to insufficient points awarded to me for Education.
I had hired a consultant to handle my case. According to the consultant my Draft and Documents will not be returned to me as my case was rejected.
2200 CAD is a big amount and documents file is also very important to me as it contains some original documents as well.

Kindly suggest what to do and whom to contact regarding the same.
I tried calling CIC but cant talk to any agent. Also no email of CIC is given on their website. I have mailed Canadian Consulate but there has been no reply.

as far as i know u no need to send ielts original copy. xerox will do as ur original with cic already.

i have no idea about other documents..such as experience letters

Generally for cap reached all document are returned back.....
Generally when you have representative they will only correspond with the representative,
So you should be consulting with your representative after all your representative has calculated your points ...so he is answerable to you and also have to forward you any letter for your case...You should ask your representative to do the needful as per your case,

your consultant is fraud, due to his mistake you got NER. Now first of all inform CIC that you have suspend your consultant , in this way your fee and original documents will be returned to you, other wise your consultant will take your refunded fee. cic is responsible to return your original documents and fee

1, The application was refused after processing, no refund.
