Whosoever got nomination from other than Quebec province of Canada and has submitted their Quebec Skilled Worker Program application through "Mon projet quebec" on either first or second intake of last year i.e. 2016 can sign this petition for refund of processing fees of their "Quebec Skilled Worker Program" post withdraw his Quebec Skilled Worker Program application.

If you withdraw at your own will, you should not ask for refund. On the website it clearly says that application fee is not refundable. In addition, there are lots of people who go trough PNP then change to EE. They should not be refunded because they make PNP processing times longer because they cannot make their mind what they want to apply for
