Refund of Landing fees

Hi, my first application was refused in March 2011 and I had already paid my landing fees.
does anyone know how to get refund of landing fees?

in land or out land,..if i may ask why was it refused? and you can get your landing fee refunded if i your application was refused at first stage i think.

First stage fee is $75 for sponsor. If your sponsor is found inelgible, they then would return your primary applicant fee of $475 along with your RPRF fee of $490 if you had already paid it. If you were found ineligible for your PR visa, then you would only be entitled to your $490 RPRF for refund.

If you plan to re-apply, perhaps there is no point in requesting a refund of the RPRF. In that case, you would submit a new application and pay just the $550 (where $75 of it goes to the sponsor part) then include a copy of your old receipt showing you had already paid the $495 RPRF. As always, the final decision is yours.
