I applied for my CSQ at paris office three years ago and apart from the AOR nothing esle. My wife has made it to studies in canada and therefore I am soon applying for TRV as a supporting spouse with an open work permit. Then latter apply for PR in two years after she finishes her studies. Simple and more straight forward. Is it possible to ask for the refund of my application fee coz technically my application has not been processed its three years since I sent my application. any inputs out there?

You can call them and ask them if you withdraw the application, would you get any refund......my guess is you wont..I am not clear which fee you have paid...but if it is processing then most probably you wont get the fee back....Sorry...babake said:
