refund in case of temporary work visa rejection

hello guys
i'd like to hear from other people, who have been applying for temporary work visa and were refused.
so if you have been refused (or you may know about rejection case), did you get refund ??? if yes,, what have been refunded to you.

There is no refund even if your application is refused.. technically they still "process" it..so there is no refund.
