Refund for overpayment of RPRF

HI All,

Need an advice.
We paid our RPRF when we lodged our application at CIC Sin in 2004.
I think we paid CAD$975 each,CAD $1950.00 for me and my husband.
I believe CIC has reduced the payment for RPRF.
Could anyone please advise how to refund the excess payments?
