Refund for 2nd application RPRF

Hi guys,

I applied in two streams:

1st paper based through BC PNP
2nd Express Entry CEC

I've received recently PR confirmation from 1st paper based, and already landed.

My question: how to request refund of RPRF for Express entry?

Should I recall application to receive refund?
What should I do?

Please help

I've tried through usual CIC refund link but it didn't get through. Message shown "you application is still in process. It can't be refund".

I submitted web form about refund last week and haven't received yet even confirmation to my email that it received.

It takes them some time to reply to the query raised through the web form.
