Refugee Visiting Canada

Hello,

My friend is a Syrian refugee living in Greece. He has been given a travel document by the Greek government and would like to visit Canada.

Can someone please advise/provide a link to which application he would need to fill out to get a visa?
Any useful information would be appreciated.

You should let your friend know that it will likely be extremely difficult to get a TRV approved while holding a refugee travel document.
