I’m little worried about my situation. I’m a refugee claimant. I’m in the final federal appeal step in the case and most likely it will fail again.
I’ve been with my fiancé for almost 2 years. She only got divorced recently so we could not get married until now, our wedding is this month and we will be applying to spousal sponsorship inland after our wedding. We have a lot of documentation, living together and pictures.
The question is will I have to go home while I’m waiting for spousal sponsorship if my refugee case is denied?
what happens to the refugees case once I get spousal sponsorship approved?
I’m so lost to know when is point that I won’t be sent back or when I can stay.
Any info is greatly appreciated on this as I feel like I don’t know what will happen.
